The breakfast was decent and the wine in the restaurant was good. the hotel facilities were modern with a comfortable bed. the hotel is strategically located for visiting the surrounding attractions like Tatev Monastery. the views of the mountains were also nice. a good choice for a business trip.

The staff lacked friendliness and weren't as helpful as expected, especially when it came to directions. the room lacked a personal touch and felt more like a bland business hotel rather than a cozy stay.

Over Easter, we stayed at a small hotel in Goris. The rooms were comfortable, had a cozy feel, and were kept clean. we enjoyed the location of the hotel - it was situated in a lively street with plenty of dining options. The hotel offered parking right next to the road which was useful.

The staff, especially Mrs. Gayane, treated me like a friend and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The rooms were comfortable, with a very cozy bed that provided a restful night's sleep. And I can't forget to mention the breakfast pastries - they were absolutely delicious, freshly baked by the attentive staff.
